Youth Development, Inc. cordially invites you to join us in a Celebration of Community Collaboration with the YDI video premiere of "An Introduction to the Nurtured Heart Approach" on Thursday, January 10th from 4:00 -5:30 p.m. at the Wool Warehouse located at 516 1st Street N.W. For several years, The Albuquerque Public Schools, The City of Albuquerque, and Youth Development, Inc. have been on a mission to implement the Nurtured Heart Approach in the Early Childhood Community. The most exciting idea of the Nurtured Heart Approach is that it provides for the development of inner wealth. This approach allows for the creation of lasting treasures of inner wealth in the hearts and minds of children. More than ever before, children need to feel strong on the inside. The Nurtured Heart Approach builds relationships by giving energy to positive behaviors. Howard Glasser, creator of the Nurtured Heart Approach will be our featured guest at the premiere of the video which depicts a YDI early childhood classroom using this approach. Please join us for this special occasion that demonstrates best practices in early childhood and celebrates the achievements of New Mexico's early childhood community! Click on the following link to open your invitation.
