NewMexicoKids Network

In 2004, the NewMexicoKids Network was created with one employee coordinating a statewide professional network among New Mexico’s eight Early Childhood Training and Technical Assistance Programs (TTAPs), NewMexicoKids Child Care Resource and Referral, and the NewMexicoKids.org website to help every local community more effectively address its early care and education issues and services.  In July 2009, the Network Office found a new home with UNM Continuing Education, Early Childhood Services Center.

Vision:

New Mexico is a place where all families have access to, and value, high quality information and services related to young children’s development and educational readiness.

Mission:

In support of New Mexico’s children, the NewMexicoKids Network works collaboratively to inform and educate a broad range of consumers that results in high quality early care and education, a respectful and professional environment, is culturally sensitive and is fully accountable.
