As for building constituency, we have been doing our usual work of reaching out to providers, families and elected officials to educate them about the importance of early childhood education and health care. Our big outreach effort for the fall has been around a community event and provider training we are having on the importance of increasing fathers' engagement in their children's lives. I never did receive a final copy of the policy platform from you for our group to review, so we have not done anything special to promote that side of things. However, we should be able to mobilize our usual constituents when needed. |
